1) On average I watch 5-10 movies a week.
2) My favorite movie is Shaun of the Dead. Most people think that Sweeney Todd is my favorite just because I love JD so much, but that's not the case.
3) As of 11-22-08 I have a lucky pair of underwear. I also have a hoodie that I will never ever wash again. NO MATTER WHAT. (Read further to find out why.)
4) I love sushi so much that if I could marry it I would.
5) Dante from Devil May Cry is my perfect man.
6) I enjoy reading but am usually too lazy to actually do it.
7) I have a lesbian crush on Rosario Dawson. Well, really I just think she's absolutely gorgeous. Guys tell me I have good taste when I tell them that. xD
8) One of my managers is convinced I'd go ass-to-mouth for Johnny Depp.

On the flip side... Yesterday was pretty much one of the best days of my life. Erin and I went to Milwaukee to see Dir en grey at The Rave. Now, I've only been to three concerts before this and two of them were sit-down events so I wasn't really sure what to expect.
We got there about an hour early and there were already about six rows of people so we stood in the middle as close as we could get behind all of them. Let me just say that I'm REALLY glad we got there as early as we did. I wish we could have been closer yet, but we could still see everyone really well so I was happy. The thing that sucked was that the people right around where we were standing were the ones who wanted to mosh so we slowly got shoved over to the right side. Must have moved a good fifteen feet. I was kind of scared at first because I'd never seen a mosh pit let alone been standing two feet away from one but at one point I was shoving people away from me because I was getting pissed and didn't want to deal with their crap. Then there was this short chick who somehow got in front of me and I was about ready to pick her up and toss her because she was trying to start something. Kept bashing into people and whipping her hair around. After the fourth time she slammed into me I finally shoved her off and after doing that twice she finally moved off elsewhere.
By the way, mosh pits are retarded. I have no desire to be in one ever. For about ten seconds I was standing right next to them but then the crowd shifted and it got farther away. Thankfully.
The opening band, The Human Abstract, was a huge let down. That probably wasn't a surprise to most people but when the guy first started singing I was like, oh, hey, he's pretty good. See, the key word there was "singing" because after a minute of that the next 45 minutes was him SCREAMING. And it wasn't good screaming. It wasn't Kyo screaming. Looking back I'm kind of surprised they didn't get booed. The keyboard player was hilarious. He looked like he had a personal vendetta against his instrument of choice and kept slamming his hands down on it. I'm not sure what it was supposed to sound like because I couldn't pick it out from the guitars and drums. He was also smoking while doing this. Also funny. One of the guitar players was doing kung-fu moves and another had dreadlocks down past his butt. That made for funny shit when he was head banging.
And then...It was time. When the band members of Dir en grey came out people went ape shit crazy and when Kyo jumped up on the platform in the middle of the stage people were screaming at the top of their lungs, myself included.
Now, I know I haven't been to many concerts but I've seen plenty of footage from random bands to know how people act and I'm not sure if it's a Japanese thing or what but this was so much different from everything I'd seen of American bands. The way Kyo moved was almost hypnotic and I had a hard time paying attention to anyone else but him. I'm really amazed I managed to take so many pictures with how caught up in the music I was. I'm sure that would make them happy to know their music rubs off on people in such a way.
There was one point where I had been paying attention to Kaoru, the guitar player closest to us, for a while and then looked back at Kyo when I noticed...IT. Yeah. It. KYO'S HARD THROBBING COCK. Okay, so it wasn't like he had a ragging hard-on or anything like that, but there was definitely a noticeable bulge that wasn't there at the beginning of the concert. I tried to get Erin's attention and point it out to her but my words were lost in the music. I even tried grabbing my crotch and pointing at Kyo's but that seemed to just confuse her more. When the song finally stopped I leaned over and cupped my hand around her ear and yelled, "You can see Kyo's penor!" That was pretty much all I stared at for the next ten minutes. I can't speak for how long she was looking. Pervert. >_>
We had a good laugh about Kaoru as well. He must have had a fan blowing directly on him because not only was he not sweaty at all but his hair was constantly flowing around him. It was magical. He also has these crazy eyes. I would stare at him for a while and it seriously felt like he was looking right back at me. Erin, who was standing right next to me pretty much the whole time, said she felt the same thing. And then he smiled and I was all melty inside. They're all so pretty!
Shinya's hair makes him look like a poodle.
We also had the pleasure of having water spit on us by Kaoru. I never thought I'd be so happy about something like that! xD He threw out his water bottle after that and I managed to get my face soaked. I decided to never wash the hoodie I was wearing. "Mmm... Smells like cigarettes and saliva!" Kyo made me happy in my pants. So I decided that the underwear I had on would be my lucky pair since I've never had any before. They're pink and black with dancing skeletons all over. Hawt, amirite?
Aside from the band the people were quite amusing. There was a really nice/funny Asian guy standing beside us who Erin had the pleasure of talking to more than I did. There was also a girl who she had talked to before the concert started because she was wearing a lolita dress. During the middle of things she randomly appeared next to us and was head bashing and all that jazz. She was freakin' awesome.
I would absolutely go see those guys again. They were amazing! I hope they tour in America again soon! *Goes to work on resizing photos to post*

Pickles: Okay hold on now-so you're telling me you put these little guys in boiling water, and they shrink and they turn red and they die?
Seafood clerk: Yes sir.
Pickles: That is the most metal thing I have ever heard in my whole life. High five.

Ask a Gentern, who they prefer, 10 out of 9 will say the Erin <3
I was a little disappointed that the show didn't have any disgusting parts since I had been reading how he sometimes cuts himself on stage. I'm not sure if I would have thought it was awesome or if I would have been horrified. We kept making jokes about how he was going to spit blood on this girl's stupid anime drawing of them. That would have been epic. xD

At first I was like... hurm. But then, I ronched.
